The Rolex Watch Company, headquartered in Switzerland, and known around the world for their quality timepieces has a facility located in Dallas, Texas. The building the outfit works within is a free-standing, 10-story edifice that is seven years old. Housed in this location is a data center that required a backup chiller. We approached the problem by leaning into our seasoned team that has a proven track record of professionally planning and delivering industrial chiller services. As the premier mechanical service contractor in Dallas, Texas, we understood the requirements of the building and after meeting with Rolex, had a clear vision of what they needed their chiller to accomplish. From there, we installed a 100-ton air-cooled Trane unit on the roof of the loading dock. We then planned and installed all the necessary piping and electrical components that lead to the data center where the customer’s new redundant chiller is located.
