The Renaissance Hotel is a 30-story, 451-foot-tall skyscraper in Dallas, Texas. Completed in 1983, it is a landmark in terms of its grandeur and popularity among visitors to this great Southwestern metropolis. The only problem was that the building had a leaking and failed main doublecheck valve that needed a quick replacement. The Evolution Mechanical commercial plumbing maintenance and repair team was up to the task and ready to leverage its years of industrial plumbing services expertise.
Accepting the high degree of urgency, we started immediately and worked overnight to replace the doublecheck valve that was hanging from the ceiling above very expensive boiler. Understanding the impact that a water emergency could have on a service-oriented experience like The Renaissance, we worked diligently and efficiently to fully restore water service by 6 a.m. without a single customer noticing that there was ever a water shutdown at all.
